At NV Pool Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Pool chemicals, opened products, and special-order items are non-returnable for safety and health reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at returns@nvpoolsupply.com or visit our store location. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened pool chemicals, custom or special-order products, clearance items, and gift cards.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
