Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Nevada.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day) are available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
NV Pool Supply offers local delivery within the Las Vegas and surrounding Nevada areas. In-store pickup is also available at no charge — select this option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain pool chemicals and hazardous materials are subject to shipping restrictions and may only be available for in-store pickup or local delivery in compliance with carrier and federal regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days at shipping@nvpoolsupply.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
