Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Processing times typically take 1-3 business days before shipment.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to ensure you receive your order promptly. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: Available for most products under 70 lbs.
  • Freight Shipping: Required for oversized/heavy products such as pool heaters, large filters, or bulk items. The carrier will contact you for delivery arrangements.
  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Available for select products at an additional cost. Contact sales@nvpoolsupply.com for expedited shipping quotes.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply to specific products or order values.
  • Freight shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some hazardous materials (e.g., certain chemicals) are restricted from air shipping and may only be available for ground shipping.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S.
  • If you are an international buyer, you may arrange for a freight forwarder within the U.S. to receive and forward your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect your package upon delivery for any visible damage.
  2. Report damages within 48 hours by contacting us at sales@nvpoolsupply.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  3. If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or your local carrier. If still missing, notify us within 5 business days so we can assist with a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If you enter an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address. If the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee may apply.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volumes during peak seasons

Returns & Refunds for Shipped Orders
